My Story

I’m Rachel, the founder of RF Admin Solutions and my goal is simple: to take the stress out of the everyday admin tasks that can pile up and distract you from running your business.

With more than 20 years experience in administration, I've supported teams and leaders in a variety of industries - from print manufacturing and broker services, to window installation, health and safety and private healthcare.  Wherever I've worked, my role has always centred around helping people stay organised, informed and prepared.

I truly understand how draining it can feel when admin chips away at your focus, your evenings and your energy.

I created RF Admin Solutions to:
